Safety Effect Co. employs the best consultants in the field of safety: safety supervisors, safety consultants, safety engineers, accessibility consultants, engineers, architects, draftspersons, environmental consultants, and surveyors of educational institutions, stadiums, and sports venues.
The company’s employees have over 20 years of accumulated experience in the realms of safety, fire safety program planning, field files, safety programs, regulation writing, mass event planning, safety training, and Workplace Safety Supervisor services (certified by the Ministry of Labor and the Standards Institute of Israel).

  • Providing Workplace Safety Supervisor services to factories while complying with the Work Safety Ordinance requirements.

Management and Company Employees

 Director-General – Gal Levi

A Workplace Safety Supervisor and a Fire Safety Supervisor, Gal Levi manages the fields of safety and employee training. He specializes in providing organizations with safety consultancy, complying with business licensing requirements, and conducting internal inspections concerning ISO-related safety, environmental, and management issues.

His military service involved managing the operation and maintenance of armored vehicles in the IDF ground forces. This included establishing the necessary logistic scheme, equipping armored vehicles, training personnel on ongoing vehicular maintenance and workplace safety for every type of vehicle, managing spare parts acquisitions, writing IDF-encompassing technical instructions, supervising their implementation, and producing tailor-made training tools, such as a maintenance book, a spare parts catalog, and driver-related literature. Gal Levi also managed the implementation of the SAP data processing system in the IDF ground forces.

Deputy Director-General – Yehuda Neikrug

Throughout the years, Yehuda has specialized in workplace safety, occupational hygiene, fire safety, and emergency preparedness. With over 20 years of experience in industries and safety and environmental services, Yehuda managed safety and occupational hygiene systems in Israel’s largest companies and organizations, including Osem, Sugat, Sodastream, Aroma, and others. He substantially advanced all aspects of safety in these organizations by implementing the perception and understanding that safety is an integral part of the organization’s life and goals, requiring the development of tools, modes of action, and supervision methods.

Deputy Director-General – Gil Elboim

An MBA graduate, Gil is a Workplace Safety Supervisor, a Fire Safety Supervisor, and an instructor on working at heights.
He specializes in construction site safety and mass events management and is an expert on safety management in local authorities.
He has managed logistic and marketing systems throughout Israel and worked in the fields of fire safety, hazardous materials, and security.
